How it all began...
My career started in Auckland, NZ as an interior designer in the textile industry. It was a stressful environment and the role involved me coming into contact with lots of toxins. I developed heavy metal poisoning, which ironically led to one of the most positive decisions in my life.
I decided to make a huge change, I wanted to find something that would improve my health and wellbeing, and that I could pass on to others. I started from scratch, researched all I could about exercise and an organic diet, and discovered that when I made those part of my life, there were positive and significant changes to the way I was feeling in a very short time. I went from feeling exhausted and unhappy, to starting each day feeling energised and positive.
Having embraced that lifestyle, I joined Harvest Wholefoods in Grey Lynn, Auckland . As much as I love working there and meeting and helping all the wonderful people who come in, I wanted to help everyone enjoy the same quality of life I was living, organics were a great start, but I found exercise was making the biggest difference.
So I took my studies further, and graduated from Unitec with a Diploma in Sport and Fitness. Since then I have been able to use the knowledge I've gained from my studies, along with my desire to help people, to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. I am based in Auckland, New Zealand.

This package is great for making you feel recharged and "alive". It gets the "kinks"out and reduces stress. It's the perfect way to rev yourself up for the day.
invigorator
HIGH INTENSITY {FEEL THE BURN}
The invigorator gets your adrenalin seriously pumping. You will feel powerful and in charge of your universe. This programme is motivating.
